Processing Time

Every One Wish Willow is 3D-printed and packaged by hand. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During launches and holidays, processing may take a bit longer — we'll let you know.

Shipping Times & Rates

• United States (Standard): 3–7 business days — calculated at checkout
• United States (Expedited): 2–3 business days — calculated at checkout
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days, depending on destination

Tracking is included on all orders. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email hollowmuse.support@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is made-to-order by hand. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hollowmuse.support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll review it and make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it.
